I offer employers the opportunity to support the health and well-being of their employees through yoga, reducing stress and creating a positive working environment in which they, and your business, can thrive.
Available for 4-week block bookings at a set time each week - popular session times include the following, but times can be adjusted to suit your organisation’s requirements:
Before work: 8:00 - 9:00
Lunchtime: 12:00 - 13:00 or 13:00 - 14:00
After work: 17:00 - 18:00
