  • Lovely experience! Lovely host who puts you at ease from the word “Hello”. Calming and relaxing yoga in a lovely setting. Enjoyed the yummy herbal teas and snacks especially the raspberry dark chocolate! Would definitely go again.

  • Such a lovely retreat afternoon, the venue was perfect and the itinerary was a good combination of yoga, massage and spa. The yoga session was so calm and relaxing - Eliana is a fab teacher and adapted to all levels of yoga. The holistic massage by Miranda was very relaxing and she was very attentive in terms of focusing on areas that were achy or previous injury.

  • I absolutely love Eliana’s classes. She goes at a very manageable pace and empowers students to do what’s right for their bodies whether it’s resting in child’s pose or advancing their movement in a way that’s challenging but wouldn’t put your body in any kind of stress. There’s a huge focus on breathwork, meditation and trusting your intuition which is both mentally and physically grounding and strengthening. I attended her mini spa retreat at Sensate Spa on 24th September and had a brilliant time. We had roughly a 1.5 hour long open yoga class with an extended Savasana (much appreciated!!) before spending the same amount of time, in the spa where there was an ice cold plunge pool, jacuzzi and sauna. I would recommend Eliana’s classes to anyone and will continue to attend her classes whenever I can.
