Yoga for Beginners: 4 week Foundations Course
Bristol School of Yoga | Starts 22nd September 2024
The aim of this course is to build up the foundations of a rounded yoga practice over 4 weeks so that you can gain confidence in a studio environment with the basics of breath-led, mindful movement under your belt. To bring a sense of rest and rejuvenation as well as building strength and flexibility.
This Course specifically welcomes beginners to yoga but is also a great place if you have experience and want to bring your practice back to basics.

Warrior Posture Workshop: Beginners & Improvers

The Warriors workshop explores a series of standing postures and practices, the warrior poses, over a 3 hour posture workshop.
The warriors challenge us to dig deep to find strength during challenging times. There is no requirement to have completed a course or have prior experience to join this course. Suitable for beginners to Yoga and those with experience who want to dive deeper into the practice.

Mental Health Awareness Week Wellbeing Workshop

An empowering session that guides you through conscious yogic movement and breathwork practices to help you re-establish the connection between your body and your mind.
These ancient yogic practices are proven to restore balance in the nervous system from dysregulation to regulation, supporting mental health and overall wellbeing. You'll learn tools to help you to find a state of clarity and calmness and to cope better with moments of stress and anxiety.
