Dive deeper into your yoga practice with private, tailored sessions designed to meet your unique needs and goals. Whether you're a beginner building a foundation, an experienced yogi refining your practice, or a yoga teacher/trainee seeking mentoring, these sessions offer a safe, supportive space to explore yoga in depth.
Expect a hands-on approach to my teaching, with the use of props to support you in postures and guidance through asanas and pranayama. Sessions can focus on specific physical or emotional challenges, enhance overall well-being, or help you develop a personalised practice.
One-off session: £85 (1 hour)
Block of 5 sessions: £70/session
Sessions can be held online or in person at a Bristol studio. I work with only two regular 1:1 students at a time, so spaces are limited.
