In these ‘yoga for beginners’ online sessions, we will begin to unfold key yogic principles, exploring breathwork techniques, postures, alignment and movement in a workshop style and meditation. We introduce a different theme each week touching on yogic philosophical topics.
Before you start, it is advisable to find a mat or surface that you won’t slip on. We also use a few yoga props which you can easily substitute with household items:
Yoga Brick - hardback book
Yoga Strap - belt / dressing gown belt / long scarf
Bolster - big cushion / rolled up quilt
