Experience a harmonious blend of Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda to restore balance in your nervous system and nurture the fire energy of summer. This retreat offers a dedicated space for self-care and reconnection, taking you into a balanced state of calm and contentment.

Summer can be a whirlwind of activities and commitments, making it easy to feel overwhelmed and disconnected from our mind and body. In this season, yoga and qigong is a powerful tool to help us slow down, regulate our nervous system snd balance our inner fire, or agni so we can fuel our passions and social connections sustainably.
Join us for gentle qigong, fiery vinyasa, rejuvenating facial massage and restorative yoga to cleanse and recharge. Connect with fellow balance seekers over a seasonal brunch and enjoy relaxation on the roof terrace.
Is This Retreat For You?
This Mini Retreat is suitable for all levels of experience. We believe that wellbeing should be available to everyone, you are welcome here :)
Qigong / a gentle breathwork and heart-opening energy practice to connect to the fire element, regulate your nervous system and clear blockages, leaving you feeling centered and ready for the day.
Fiery Yoga Session / a strong embodied vinyasa practice to awaken the body and ignite agni, your inner fire, to harness its inherent power of healing and transformation. There are always options to challenge further or to take rest when needed.
Soothing Yoga Session / cool down and restore balance of the nervous system with a slower practice focusing on balancing the yang with the yin, before entering into a deep state of relaxation. Expect an extra long savasana where each guest will experience a healing mini massage.
Is This Retreat For You?
Connect over Brunch / Connect with fellow yogis over a delicious, seasonal, vegetarian brunch, inspired by ayurvedic principals to balance the energy of summer.
Facial Massage Session / learn self-massage techniques from both Ayurvedic and Chinese traditions to stimulate circulation, promote relaxation and rejuvenate your skin, leaving you with a radiant glow and a peaceful mind.
Opening & Closing Circles / Eliana & Darcy will lead ceremonial sharing circles to open and close the retreat, reflecting on our experiences of balancing the fire in our lives.
The only ability requirement is that you feel you can get up and down off the floor with relative ease.
